• WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene)

• Agriculture and farming

• Passion for working with people in need and making disciples among the unreached

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Intercultural skills to work with an international team and various ethnic groups within Ecuador

• Fluency in Spanish

• Availability to travel and work in unfavorable conditions

Community Ministries is a team that seeks to respond to the constantly changing and developing needs of the communities with whom we work. With appropriate personnel, there are potentially many areas where we would be open to develop new strategies or outreaches.
